A private specialist dementia care home

Bridgedale House is a private specialist dementia care provider for adults aged 65+, accommodating up to 25 residential residents. The owner, Mrs Jennifer Barlow, has over 25 years in residential home ownership and prides herself on providing high quality care.

Originally a manor house dating back to 1897, the home retains much of its original charm while offering an individual style. It is set in the leafy suburb of Ranmoor in Sheffield, a few miles from the city centre and on a direct route to the Peak District, with shops, churches, cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby and easy access by public transport.

The home is a large three-storey, detached building with a private car park protected by security gates. Facilities include ensuite bedrooms, a separate assisted bathroom and shower, communal living room, garden room, dining room, kitchen, hairdressing salon and an orangery. Bridgedale House treats every resident as an individual, recognising their unique needs to help them feel at home.
